Exquisite antique French rayon grosgrain in a bright purple and ivory stripe, with a unique woven section made to look like raffia (label says rayon) in a light ivory. The ribbon is original to 1900-1930s. Measures 2 7/8" wide. This would make a stunning addition to a Victorian promenade hat or other millinery uses. Could be used for any fine trimming work or a fine cockade. Note this ribbon, due to the raffia-like section, is stiffer, which may or may not suit your needs.
