This is an amazing vintage 2/3" wide ribbon from the 1930-1950s and embodies the circus jester or raockbilly pin-up girl style to a tee. Original true vintage cotton ribbon from France. The French truly excelled at the weaving of multi colored ribbon, this is no exception. The checkered pattern is woven in and the reverse is a fully usable pattern (no wrong side!), thus both sides are useable. This is literally a work of art! Must have for any seamstress or circus/burlesque officianados.
An order of 5 yards will have a 10% discount, 10 yards a 15% discount, more than 15+ yards 20%. Please note monitor colors vary so I use Pantone to get a close if not exact color match. I recommend that you use Pantone matching or request a 1" sample, which is $2 including shipping.
I have been in the antiques business for 25+ years and on eBay for 12 years, with a 100% feedback rating. I am transitioning to etsy as this community is much more welcoming. I "do not accept returns", means you can still return it if I over looked something or there is a flaw. So buy with confidence.
Boxes in any photos are for demonstration only, unless it says otherwise.
PLEASE LOOK AT ALL OF THE PHOTOS All measurements, flaws, etc are pointed out in the photos, always. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words!
